Crisis Line
EDVP's 24 hour crisis line is the gateway to our domestic violence services. The first priority of our multi-lingual staff is to ensure callers in immediate danger are provided with crisis intervention and strategies to find safety. They provide comprehensive information on our shelter services, resources, referrals, and safety planning. This information helps callers become more knowledgeable about the dynamics of domestic violence and to learn about resources available to them. You can get confidential help for yourself or someone you know who is experiencing domestic violence by calling: 1-425-746-1940 or 1-800-827-8840 Note: Our crisis line can be called with both an ordinary telephone or a teletype device (TTY), so it is accessible to people with speech and hearing disabilities Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. |
