Your generous contribution is an investment in the health and safety of our community. By making a gift now, you will help sustain and improve EDVP’s programs.

EDVP supports the Donor Bill of Rights as adopted by CASE, AAFRC, AHP, and AFP which states that philanthropy is based on voluntary action for the common good. Read EDVP's privacy policy.

Cash Donation   EDVP depends on the generous support of private donors for the majority of our funding needs. A gift of any of any size is appreciated and goes directly to services for survivors of domestic violence and community education programs. See how your contribution can make a difference.

Matching Gifts   You can double or even triple your gift to EDVP by completing your employer's matching gift form and submitting it with your donation. Contact the Human Resources or Benefits Manager at your company to see if your firm has a matching gift policy.

Non-Traditional Gifts   Consider giving a deferred gift – bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable lead trusts, Individual Retirement Accounts, or life insurance; or a gift of securities – donating appreciated stock, or other securities that you have held for at least a year, offers multiple benefits.

To learn more about deferred giving, visit the Leave a Legacy of Western Washington. For more information on donating non-traditional financial gifts, contact Kelly Becker, EDVP Resource Development Director at 425-562-8840 x-253.

Please contact your accountant, tax adviser, or investment consultant before taking any action; and be certain to ask which options may provide you with the greatest tax benefit.

In-Kind Donations   We are always in need of items for our shelters and EDVP greatly appreciates in-kind donations; they go a long way to helping provide the best environment for those who stay at our shelters. For more information on in-kind donations, contact Karen Jones at 425-562-8840 x-319.

Donate Used Cell Phones   Donate your old cell phone to support the critical programs of EDVP and help our environment. EDVP collects and distributes working cell phones to victims of domestic violence so that they may call 9-1-1 for help in emergencies.

Find drop-off locations or where to mail a used cell phone

Donate Services   Everything from legal services to haircuts to marketing expertise are needed by EDVP's domestic violence clients and the agency itself. For more information on donating services, contact Karen Jones at 425-562-8840 x-319.

Eastside Domestic Violence Program is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization (federal tax ID#91-1190193). All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

On behalf of all victims and survivors of domestic violence we serve, thank you for your support!
